The Sonoma County Junior College District recently awarded JLC the contract to build the new library for the historic Santa Rosa Junior College in Santa Rosa, California. The four story steel building will be about 140,000 sq. ft. and have a simulated stone exterior. This multi-prime division contract is for close to $20 million and requires building in a crowded, urban campus.
